About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior US Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in US bookkeeping,

financial reporting, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis).

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing insightful financial reports, supporting month-end closing, and assisting US-based clients with finance and accounting operations. Depending on client requirements, you may directly collaborate with clients or work internally to manage their accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Financial Metrics

Generate monthly reports, KPIs, ratios, forecasting, and financial analysis

Assist clients with month-end and year-end closing activities

Conduct monthly financial statement reviews to identify discrepancies, reconciliation issues, payroll mapping errors, and returned payments

Support client leadership teams including CFOs, CEOs, and Accounting Managers with accounting and finance-related tasks

Develop, improve, and streamline financial processes and SOPs

Manage QuickBooks Online (QBO) bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial data maintenance





Coordinate effectively with internal teams, reporting managers, and clients

- Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables while maintaining high accuracy standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of hands-on bookkeeping, preferably with US-based clients

Minimum 5 years of experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

3+ years of FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience

Strong experience handling businesses with annual revenue under $15 million

Strong understanding of technical accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and bookkeeping best practices

Excellent command of spoken and written English communication

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔️ Experience working with US accounting/bookkeeping firms or US clients

✔️ Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

✔️ Comfortable working independently and directly with international clients
