Job Responsibilities:

● Acquire and organize primary source material for transformation and synthesis into creating customer-facing documentation that meets a high standard for accuracy and readability.

● Create and deliver content and videos that align with product releases.

● Write technically accurate, concise, and easy-to-understand content.

● Work with technical writing staff to ensure coverage of several kinds of product releases.

● Continually seek to improve existing processes and content.

● Achieve a high degree of product knowledge to produce quality documentation.

● Follow corporate style guides to ensure deliverables' consistent look and feel.

● Ability to manage situations with tight deadlines and deliver as per expectations.

● Work with SMEs to understand the modules and develop the content with a quick turnaround time.

● Manage multiple projects and meet documentation deliverable deadlines.





● Seamlessly work independently or as a part of the team.

● Spearhead documentation efforts by coming up with innovative ideas.

Requirements

Positive to have:

● Knowledge of DITA/Structured XML.

● Good understanding of the SDLC process.

● Basic understanding of Jira.

● Good understanding of MSTP.

● Knowledge of Video tools such as Camtasia or Captivate.
