Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing &Procurement; of Rice category for Exports business by consistently analyzing the market trends.
- Plan the procurement by help of the current and anticipated future market trends to make the sourcing better and make better margins.
- Vendor Scouting for overall improvement in supply chain in terms of better fulfillment, quicker deliveries, capacity building, better rates & margin, better quality and consistent delivery.
- Vendor Management – Onboarding Current Vendors, Handling Vendor Transaction, Managing Vendor Credit, Overall Vendor Account Management.
- Order Management – During Production and Delivery, Visiting the vendor location and make sure the approved quality being packed and getting dispatched on the lead time aligned.
- Have a proper track on PO,



Purchase Invoice and make sure the same have been submitted to the Finance Team for On-Time Payments to the vendors.
- Regular Vendor Visits to build rapport, understand the feedback In terms of business transactions, comes up with the solutions for the bottlenecks being faced among the vendors.

Criteria: Languages Preferred: Kannada, English and Hindi. Work Location: Bangalore Experience: Overall 3+ years of experience in Rice sourcing Should be ready to travel across India to meet vendors.
