Requirements

Essential Skills:

- Write clean, maintainable code using Java, Spring, Python

- Define technical standards and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Make strategic technical decisions and guide the team in implementation.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.

- Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.





- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Mentor and develop the skills of team members, review the code

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Experience with software development frameworks and libraries.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Proficient in database

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms

Additional Desired skills

- Domain knowledge in Networking/Infrastructure/security domain knowledge

- Kubernetes knowledge is plus

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, VUE.
