1. 3.5+ years of Pega development experience .

- CSSA Certified on either Version 7 or at least version 6.X.
- Strong knowledge of pega integrations & reporting.
- 3+ years of experience working on software development projects .
- Familiarity with iterative (i.e. SmartBPM) and agile methodologies (i.e. RUP, SCRUM)

Nice To Have Skills

- Knowledgeable in using tools like Rally & ALM




- Experience with Pega Health Care Frameworks
- Healthcare industry experience
