Description

Should have around 3-5 yrs of Experience.

Experience in L1 and L2 production support and ticketing process.

· Must have Strong understanding of Linux.

· Good to have knowledge of Windows and PowerShell.

· Good to have knowledge on Linux shell scripting.

· Good to have knowledge on Windows, PowerShell and Docker Containerization(Deploy docker images and manage services)

· Should have knowledge on Release management

· Should have capability to do product development, automation and application upgrades.

· Good to have knowledge on transition skills, SOP preparation and current application onboarding.

· Should have good Communication skills

· Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Must take ownership and accountability of a product delivery.





· Strong Knowledge on ITIL concepts

- Experience in production support and ticketing process
- DB experience - SQL server/Oracle DB(SQL query writing experience-DDL/DML..etc)
- ETL production support experience-Informatica or SSIS tools
- Should have knowledge on any monitoring tools(Nagios/eon..etc)
- must know any one of scripting language(shell/PowerShell/python)
- Good to have Azure/Azure data engineering/jboss/WebSphere knowledge
- Good to have knowledge on any deployment tools (VSTS)
- Good to have knowledge on SSL certificate management
