Senior Software Engineer- DevOps

GetSet Software is exclusively appointed by our client (a leading provider of mission-critical, cloud-native monetization and revenue management software on the private and public cloud. Established in 1999, served over 50 telecommunications operators in more than 50 countries, processing over one billion transactions per hour with our BSS solutions.) to look for multiple resources for the Senior Software Engineer- DevOps based in Bangalore (Marathalli Ring Road), KA India.

Recruitment Process:

The hiring and selection process for the position is straightforward and includes a virtual technical interview once the online Coderbytes test is submitted successfully. The complete recruitment process duration is seven business days.

What will you do?

- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, use your experience to support and enhance cloud-based solutions.
- Investigate and recommend software tools to enhance the ecosystem.
- Work closely with software engineering teams to deliver best-in-breed CICD-enabled solutions.





What do you need to succeed?

- Bachelors in computer science or related field. (Professional accreditation is a must)
- At least 4+ years in Senior Software Engineer- DevOps or identical position.
- Strong Public Cloud Admin experience - GCP/Azure
- Must have private Cloud knowledge - Openstack/Openshift, RHEL virtualization, VMWare

Mandatory Skills:

- Scripting and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) experience. GitHub/Jenkins/Helm/Ansible/Terraform, shell/python/perl
- Understanding of DevOps principles and tooling to support critical elements of the workflow.
- Experience with DevSecOps or related security best practices

Additional skills and added advantages:

- An appreciation of networking principles
- Sysadmin experience in Linux/Solaris
