1. Experience in technologies such as java and Java Frameworks
2. Experience in Web Services – REST and SOAP
3. OSGI framework experience
4. Vaadin experience
5. Database knowledge (Postgres, SQL)
6. Knowledge on Agile or Scrum methodologies
7. Message oriented middleware activemq (MOM)
8. ORM technologies – Spring Hibernate
