The successful candidate will join our team of SAP consultants and work on the company's ongoing projects. Responsibilities include:

- SAP MM technical, configuration and customisation duties
- Finalization of material groups, purchasing groups, payment terms, Inco terms, Pricing Procedure
- Finalization of various numbers ranges for material master, vendor master and all purchasing and inventory documents
- Prepare business blueprints
- Documentation
- Integration testing with other module PP, SD and FI/CO
- Preparing the user manual and imparting training to business process owners
- Configure client SAP systems
- Client interaction
- Mentor and train juniors

Qualifications

Required

Experience

5+ years of SAP MM functional experience with overall 5-7 years of functional experience in procurement, materials management, inventory and logistics areas





- At least 3 full cycle SAP implementation experience as functional MM consultant
- Have robust integration knowledge between SAP MM modules and other SAP modules like SD and FI/CO
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to leverage SAP MM knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies
- Expertise in requirements understanding, system design, development, testing methodologies, training, defining support procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team setting with proven successful track record on cross-functional team projects
- Proven ability to interact with senior management requirements understanding and planning

Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related discipline or equivalent business/technical process work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of Project Management Methodology and other application management
- Must demonstrate strong integrety, honesty and commitment
- Team player

Additional Information

The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Local candidates preferred. The right candidate will be relocated to Ahmedabad. Travel can be required from base location to client sites.
