Experience

Minimum 2- 3 years For SO and 5 years + for SSO of experience in

Cement / Steel / Building Materials. Should have exposure and experience of working in the assigned area with a strong network base.

Qualification: Graduation; MBA (Marketing)/ Diploma or B.Tech in Civil

Engineering

Location - Manipur

Responsibilities:-

- Drive primary and secondary sales of TMT bars within the assigned territory.
- Meet and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, masons, contractors, engineers, architects, and other key influencers.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers to expand the company's distribution network.
- Enroll and engage engineers, masons, and contractors to strengthen the company's influencer base.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify current business opportunities, monitor project progress, and generate sales leads.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSRs),



as well as weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records through CRM reporting and ensure timely data updates.
- Follow up with dealers to ensure timely payment collections and minimize outstanding dues.
- Organize and conduct dealer meets, mason meets, contractor meets, engineer meets, and other influencer engagement programs to promote the company's products and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements, and provide regular market feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned sales, collection, and market development targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
