We're looking for a Senior QA Automation Lead Engineer to lead our mobile quality engineering efforts and drive automation strategy for our iOS and Android applications. In this role, you'll combine technical leadership with hands-on automation expertise to build scalable testing frameworks, improve release quality, and help deliver exceptional mobile experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams while championing contemporary quality engineering practices and AI-powered test automation.

Here's What You'll Do:

- Lead the mobile quality engineering strategy for iOS and Android applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable mobile experiences.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Maestro, Detox, XCUITest, and Espresso.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers, driving automation best practices and scalable testing approaches.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze regression test results, identify defects, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution.
- Track and communicate quality metrics, automation effectiveness, and release readiness across sprint cycles.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools, frameworks, AI-driven testing capabilities, and process improvements to enhance product quality and delivery speed.




- Champion shift-left testing practices and strengthen quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in mobile test automation.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks using Appium, Maestro, Detox, XCUITest, Espresso, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven experience developing automation strategies for complex mobile applications.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex quality challenges.
- Strong leadership experience mentoring QA engineers and driving quality engineering initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across engineering and product teams.
- Experience with AI-powered testing solutions, including automated test generation and self-healing tests, is a plus.
- Experience implementing quality dashboards, automation metrics, release quality reporting, and CI/CD quality gates.
