Core Responsibilities :-

- Production & Delivery: ○ Ensure full production capacity fulfillment and meet all daily/weekly target achievements. ○ Guarantee timely delivery of orders according to committed schedules. ○ Proactively identify, analyze, and implement solutions for resolving bottlenecks to maintain continuous flow. 2. Efficiency & Quality: ○ Implement strategies to significantly increase overall factory efficiency. ○ Lead line balancing and optimization efforts to maximize throughput. ○ Drive quality improvisation by minimizing defects and enhancing process control. 3. Reporting & Performance Management: ○ Conduct daily reviews and report on outputs (Production vs. Target) to senior management. ○ Drive Daily Reconciliation of Production (DRP) with planning and inventory to ensure accuracy.



○ Track and report on key measures like Efficiency Percentage, Defect Rate, and PPH (Pieces Per Hour) daily. ○ Use reported data to take immediate corrective action on underperforming lines or processes. 4. Team Management: ○ Provide strong leadership for supervisors and operators. ○ Focus on manpower building, development, and effective allocation. ○ Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements

8+ years in garment manufacturing, with 3-5 years in a senior managerial role. ● Proven expertise in Industrial Engineering, line balancing, and lean manufacturing principles. ● Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
