Role Details: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to work on our Product & Platform Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle from defining roadmap, defining use-case, writing PRDs, managing development and release, tracking metrics and product growth
- Demonstrate a strategic approach to what's important to the business, work in high-pressure situations, and be able to prioritize tasks quickly in ambiguous situations
- Track industry and marketplace trends to continually assess and enhance product and the user experience
- Translate product strategy into detailed user stories and prototypes through collaboration with other teams
- Define and document product features
- Conduct user research and analyse data to develop a deep understanding of the needs of current and potential customers
- Manage product features delivery in an Agile development environment
- Work closely with the Engineering & Product Design team to document wireframes, design, and user experience
- Manage the QA and testing process and work with the team to ensure all features are tested and functioning properly
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, building web and mobile apps
- Demonstrated experience in generating ideas for new features and enhancements and the ability to execute on those ideas
- Proven track record driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Prior experience in Fintech is a plus
