Required Qualifications

- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems creatively.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics.
