Qualifications:

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.

Language Proficiency:

- English: Excellent
- Hindi: Above manageable

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer queries related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Provide effective customer support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Document customer interactions and follow up on issues as necessary.
