Responsibilities:• Developing a custom kernel module• Optimizing memory management in a custom operating system• Porting an operating system to a recent hardware platform• Creating a performance profiler for a low-level system• Writing device drivers for specific hardware (e.g., network cards, USB devices)• Writing low-level networking code for TCP/IP stacks• Automating build processes with Makefiles or similar tools
