Overview:

The Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in leading and managing the technical delivery of Oracle Fusion projects within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions, meeting client requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall 15 plus years of experience in IT.2. 7 plus years’ experience managing AMS of Oracle Fusion Projects with vast global footprint3. Excellent communication abilities, well versed to communicate with Clients4. Should hold of 5-10 years’ experience in Oracle AMS projects exposure (Transition to Extension/ closure)5. Should be well versed with various tasks of AMS, and client coordination.6. PMI certification, Certification in CPIM or CSCP or in technical focus area is preferred.

- Lead and manage the technical delivery of Oracle Fusion projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Ensure compliance with Oracle Fusion best practices and guidelines
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management
- Conduct regular project reviews and quality assurance checks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization




- Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion technologies and trends
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
- Drive continuous learning and development within the technical delivery team
- Collaborate with senior management to align delivery strategies with organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in managing the technical delivery of Oracle Fusion projects
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, ADF, and other relevant technologies
- Robust leadership and project management skills
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion or relevant areas would be advantageous
- Ability to drive and implement best practices in Oracle Fusion technical delivery
- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Sound knowledge of security and performance optimization in Oracle Fusion applications
