We are looking for an experienced Senior / Operations Manager – US Outbound Sales to lead high-performing international BPO operations with strong expertise in US outbound sales/tele-sales programs.

✅ Experience Required: 8–10+ Years in International BPO Operations

✅ Mandatory: 5+ Years in US Outbound / Tele Sales Programs

✅ Robust Expertise In:

- P&L; Ownership & Revenue Management
- US Outbound Sales Process
- KPI / OKR & Performance Management
- Team Leadership & Attrition Management
- Dialer Strategy & Campaign Management
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- WFM, MIS & Operational Governance
- Training, Coaching & Performance Improvement

? Role Highlights:

- Own end-to-end process performance & P&L;
- Lead large night-shift outbound sales operations
- Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell & upsell for the US market
- Manage client governance, reporting & operational excellence
