Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr Operations Manager (OM) join our executive team. The Sr Ops Mgr will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in IT services and development, exceptional operational expertise, and a proven track record of driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company, including IT services, software development, project management, and customer support.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

- Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Financial Management:

- Manage the company’s operational budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial stability.

- Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

- Team Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Customer Focus:





- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

- Oversee project delivery to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Technology and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.

- Implement best practices in IT services and software development to maintain a competitive edge.

- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream , preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services and software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling operations in a technology-driven organization.

- Solid financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
