Job Title: Hyperion Administrator / Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Hyperion Administrator/Analyst with over 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Planning/PBCS, and Essbase, coupled with comprehensive infrastructure maintenance skills and a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Hyperion applications and administration.

- In-depth understanding of HFM, Planning/PBCS, and Essbase functionalities including security management, metadata, dimensional structures, and system operations.

- Hands-on experience in Hyperion infrastructure management, including routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades.

- Knowledge of financial and accounting processes including month-end close procedures, budgeting, and forecasting.





- Basic understanding of finance and accounting terminologies (e.g., debits, credits, assets, liabilities, profit & loss statements, balance sheets).

- Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Planning business rules; proficiency preferred, but ability and willingness to learn is essential.

- Strong working knowledge of Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE)/Data Management (DM) mappings.

- Proficiency in Excel Smart View Add-in for data analysis, reporting, and system management tasks.

- Ability to comprehend and manage automated job scheduling, troubleshooting job errors, and handling failures effectively.

- Skill in data reconciliation between different Hyperion applications, with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in managing and supporting large-scale Hyperion environments in a corporate setting.

- Proven track record in ensuring high availability and optimal performance of Hyperion systems.

- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
