Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage Emergency Department and ICU patients
- Assess, stabilize, and treat medical emergencies
- Perform emergency procedures including airway management, intubation, ACLS/BLS protocols, and basic critical care
- Monitor ventilated and critically ill patients in the ICU
- Coordinate with consultants for patient management and referrals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation,
case sheets, and discharge summaries
- Supervise junior doctors, nursing staff, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, infection control, and quality care
