· Leverage Adobe Target to execute personalized experiences and A/B testing across digital platforms.

· Build and manage audience segments in Adobe Audience Manager for targeted campaigns. •

· Design and execute orchestrated customer journeys, ensuring consistent and relevant messaging across touchpoints.

· Plan, implement, and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Media (social, display, programmatic).

· Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

· Analyze data and create reports on campaign performance, personalization efforts, and audience engagement.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy standards

Requirements

1. Proven expertise in Adobe Target (A/B testing, personalization) and Audience Manager (segment creation, taxonomy management).

2. Strong understanding of journey orchestration tools and best practices.

3. Demonstrated success managing SEM and Paid Media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

4.



Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

5. Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.

6. Certification in Adobe Target or Adobe Audience Manager is a plus

7. Valuable presentation skills, influencing & persuasion skills, negotiation skills, written & verbal communication skills, networking skills
