- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in US healthcare recruitment.

Requirements

- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and talent management.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements.
