Description To grow the syndication practice healthily through partially lending and balance syndications with banks (PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc)
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent
- Maintain and acquire current relationships with various banks (PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc)
- Maintain relationships with other loan syndication desks to remain updated with loan syndication market information
- Actively work on selecting the right opportunities to take up for syndications
- Providing active inputs during client negotiations to make the proposal saleable during the syndication process
- Ensure correct structuring of the proposal to ensure innovative solutions to the client and at the same time build credit worthiness of the proposal and legal correctness
- Preparation of Credit Assessment Memorandum and representing the cases in the various approval committees of banks
- Syndicating the client requirements within client expected timelines
- End to end deal management
