- Monitoring of end-to-end Policy issuance of all Health/Travel/ OEM and Miscellaneous products
- Managing team of 15-20 members with the achievement of Productivity target and error ratio.
- Coordination with internal and external stake holders to run the processes with perfection.
- Discrepancy Management for all Health/Travel/ OEM and Miscellaneous products as per the defined guidelines and TAT’s
- Fortnightly QC to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Reconciliation of Open PID and Credit
- Drive Productivity optimization and effective people management within the team.
- Adherence of Audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
- Co-ordination with all stakeholders and inter department collaboration for faster resolutions and TAT’s.
- Lead automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
