Investor Relations
- Assist in developing and executing the investor relations strategy and calendar, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
- Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and meetings.
- Provide accurate and timely information to investors.
- Review financial reports, prepare quarterly and annual earnings releases, and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Monitor and analyze financial and industry trends to keep the Directors informed of relevant developments.
- Prepare reports and presentations that communicate financial results, business strategies, and investment theses to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with accounts, finance, legal, and marketing departments to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the investor relations section of the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible for investors and analysts.
- Track and report on projects performance to provide context for investors.
- Support the preparation of the annual report, SEBI filings, and press releases related to financial performance.
- Build and maintain a robust investor database and manage investor relationships.
- Assist with shareholder meetings, including the preparation of Q&A; materials and presentations.
- Create and update investor presentation materials, fact sheets, and other communication tools.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of investor relations initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, staying updated on SEBI, Companies Act, and other relevant laws & regulations.
- Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for the Board of Directors and senior managements action.
- Track market and industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment.
- Manage logistics of annual general meetings and other shareholder meetings, jointly with the Company Secretary.
- Prepare materials and presentations for the meetings.
- Monitor and report on the company's stock performance, providing insights into market perceptions.
- Assess the effectiveness of investor relations strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Support the business in providing proactive information to management, investors, and other interested parties.
- Evaluate the financial impact of external environmental factors on the company’s operations.
- Provide advice and support in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestments.
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models for all projects.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
- Oversee the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
- Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance from IIM or equivalent.
- MRICS certification preferred
- CA/CFA
Experience :
5 - 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, preferably in real estate, a listed company, or Investment Banking.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and other relevant laws.
- Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
