Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new partners: NBFCs, Banks, HFCs, MFIs, Corporate Agents, brokers, and other insurance sourcing channels
- Pitch insurance solutions and drive product and business alignment with partner requirements
- Lead commercial discussions and partnership closure
- Build and manage a strong partner acquisition pipeline
- Coordinate internally to ensure partners are ready for business activation
- Track and report partner acquisition progress against targets
Key Requirements–Education & Certification
- Postgraduate from premier institutes
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- Strong business development mindset
- Experience in financial services or insurance distribution
- Positive understanding of insurance attachment and cross-sell models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel
