At BeastLife, customer feedback is at the heart of everything we build. We're looking for a confident and articulate Female CRM Feedback Calling Executive who enjoys speaking with customers, asking the right questions, and turning conversations into meaningful insights.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and interns who want to build a career in CRM, Customer Experience and D2C brands.
What You'll Do
* Conduct outbound feedback calls to customers after their purchase.
* Engage customers in meaningful conversations and collect genuine product and service feedback.
* Maintain an average talk time of 5–6 hours per day while ensuring quality interactions.
* Record customer insights accurately in CRM sheets and internal systems.
* Identify customer concerns, repeat issues and improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate with the CRM and Customer Experience team to share actionable feedback.
* Build positive customer relationships through qualified and empathetic communication.
Who We're Looking For
* Female candidates with excellent spoken English and Hindi.
* Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
* Strong communication skills with confidence to lead conversations.
* Smart questioning ability and genuine curiosity to understand customer experiences.
* Comfortable spending 5–6 hours daily on customer calls.
* Good listening, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
