Compensation N

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on interview performance) N
- Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives with no upper earning limit N
- Performance-based salary review after successful completion of probation N

Key Responsibilities n
- N
- Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking. N
- Connect with startups, founders, investors, and business owners. N
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations. N
- Present company services and explain platform benefits. N
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers. N




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships. N
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. N
- Update CRM with daily sales activities and customer interactions. N
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. N
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. N

- Excellent communicationskills in English and Hindi . N
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills. N
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. N
- Self-motivated and target-oriented. N
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage. N
- Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs, and business professionals. N

Eligibility n

- Graduate in any discipline. N
- Freshers are welcome to apply. N
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Success, or Marketing will be preferred.
