- In charge of executing efficient and aggressive business strategies and achieving the budget
- Responsible for the top-line and bottom-line financial numbers
- Estimating sales volume and profit for existing and current items (MCOR-Marginal Combined Operating

Ratio)

- Designing, implementing and executing strategies for continuous growth
- In charge of the profitability management of the zone
- Periodic reviewing of team performance and setting agendas
- Responsible for managing a volume of 10 Crore
- Responsible for the training needs of the team
- Ensuring ample manpower requirements
- Responsible for encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition
- Accountable for the increase in Gross written Premium, Market share
- Responsible for attending the High Net-worth Individuals (HNI)
- Responsible for sourcing business from all the products that they manage as per the budget




- Responsible for approximately direct reporting of 6 to 7 Sales Managers

Engagement with channel

- Maintaining team and channel relationship management and ensuring the same is adhered by the internal team members
- Increasing engagement with Channel partners through product training, drives or contests and conducting Indoor/outdoor activities to get the required business numbers

Coordination with internal & external team

- Manage relationship across the bank internally & externally
- Ensure relationship managing between Bancassurance and daily coordination with their internal team via huddle calls or one to one call

Compliance & Adherence

- Ensuring all the activities including conducting contests to following new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement
