Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis

- Create financial forecasts
- Reporting and Compliance
- Oversee preparation and submission of financial reports, statements, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and reporting standards.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits.
- Cost and Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and reports costs, expenditures, sales etc
- Manage working capital, track cash flow
- Advise senior management on financial matters and risk management.
- Provide financial insight for production planning, capital expenditure, and resource allocation.
- Supervise the finance team.
- Establish and review accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.
- Stay current with industry regulations and financial technologies.

Typical Duties

• Produce and present monthly/quarterly / annual financial reports and analyses.

- Coordinate and execute inventory valuations and fixed asset management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.




- Taking care of Personal files, investments, taxes etc of top management (owner and there family member’s files)

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (Mcom/ MBA in Finance / CA Drop out).

- 12-15 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing & export concern
- Robust knowledge of manufacturing cost, accounting and ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Work is primarily office-based but may require visits to factory and attendance at industry events, departments etc whenever required.
