Mandatory Requirement

- 10–18 years of experience in insurance broking/underwriting with strong exposure to PEMA lines.

- Experience handling large corporate and industrial accounts.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the PEMA segment.

- Drive new business acquisition and grow existing corporate accounts.

- Lead and mentor the PEMA sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Build strong relationships with large corporates, insurers, and reinsurance partners.

- Oversee complex placements and support structuring of large or technical risks.

- Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and portfolio performance.

- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across business lines.

Qualification and Experience
- Solid understanding of risk assessment and policy structuring.

- Ability to manage multi-location portfolios and high-value accounts.
