A Senior Lead - Software Development Engineer at SaaS Labs would design, implement and maintain different functionality of the SaaS products. They will be leading a team of Engineers and providing mentorship. In a nutshell, they will be responsible for developing features for our existing products, and at the same time bringing further innovation and perspective to the table.

Qualification

- Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 1+ years of experience in managing engineering teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Engineering Leadership to create and improve processes for prioritizing, breaking down, estimating, and assigning tasks
- Coach Engineers to deconstruct problems into executable action
- Seek an understanding of what other teams do, share knowledge, and encourage others to do the same
- Guide the quality and testing strategy of their teams

Skills:
- Experience with large scale architectural patterns and efficient algorithms
- Strong skills with some of the back-end technologies we use: PHP, NodeJS, MySQL
- Interest in tackling complex issues involving multiple stakeholders
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

- Proficient and fast in implementing required processes across teams
- Innovative and open to trying/learning new things to improve the system or processes
- Open to taking initiatives




- Good communication skills for explaining requirements across teams
