Job Purpose To drive profitability through effective P&L; management, cost optimization, and strategic expansion, while also supporting sales initiatives, maintaining accurate reporting, and facilitating cross-selling opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic

Management and Product Development

? Manage P&L; for income and cost lines, ensuring profitability.

? Introduce new products and optimize existing product lines.

? Implement cost optimization strategies to align with budgetary constraints.

? Benchmark industry practices and explore digitalization opportunities.

? Design incentive policies and review the sales incentives for teams.

- Reporting and Data Analysis

? Review prepared reports and MIS for effective team performance tracking.

? Identify required reports and ensure timely publication.

- Expansion

? Execute marketing campaigns targeting existing customers.

? Manage inbound activities such as hoardings.

? Facilitate collection activities and ensure timely interest payments.

? Support cross-selling initiatives, including bundled insurance products.

? Assist in recruitment processes and maintain optimal branch headcount.

? Maintain regular communication with branches to optimize Operational Expenses (OPEX)

- Marketing and Customer Engagement

? Execute marketing campaigns targeting existing customers.

? Manage inbound activities.





? Facilitate collection activities and ensure timely interest payments.

? Support cross-selling initiatives, including bundled insurance products.

- Team Management

? Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various roles in the team

? Identify high potential talent and provide opportunity to groom them for future roles

? Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.

? To train & motivate the team, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Key Decisions / Dimensions

? Have the final decision-making authority regarding the opening of new branches.
