We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Leader to oversee and manage the entire human resources function. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in a strategic HR role, with a proven ability to develop and implement forward-thinking HR initiatives that support our business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a professional who can not only perform all HR duties but also mentor and guide a team of junior HR professionals.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify organizational needs and proactively address them through strategic workforce planning.
- Analyse key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding, with a focus on building a strong talent pipeline.
- Develop and execute effective induction and training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and rapid integration into the company culture.
- Create and implement performance management systems that include regular feedback, monitoring of probationary periods, and actionable coaching.
Employee Relations & Development
- Oversee all aspects of grievance management,
ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being.
- Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth opportunities.
Mentorship & Team Management
- Serve as a mentor and guide for junior HR staff, providing them with the necessary training, support, and direction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach to all HR functions.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the HR team is equipped to handle day-to-day operations efficiently.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition and a background in organizational development, culture-building, or learning and development.
