Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java/Golang and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Golang.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required SkillsBackend

- Strong experience in Java or Golang development.
- Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- Experience in RESTful API design and development.
- Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.

Frontend

- Extensive experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Node.js.
- Experience building modern, responsive web applications.

Database & Cloud

- Strong experience with SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

DevOps & Tools

- Git version control.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitoring and tracing tools such as Jaeger.
- Unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices.

Additional Skills

- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and application security.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
