Purpose of the role:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join our deliveryteam. As a Senior AEP Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including productmanagement, design, engineering, and data science, to deliver cutting-edge and effective solutions thatmeet our clients' business needs. This role will provide an opportunity to work with the best strategic mindsacross prestigious global brands and to develop strong techno-functional skills.

Job responsibilities

• Participate in the Technical design & Planning process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEPsolutions that meet our clients' business objectives.

• Participate in the technical design and planning process to Implement best practices onTechnology.

• Remove roadblocks, identify workarounds and agility to the project and ability to build a newtechno functional case study.

• Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems.

• Implement and manage data governance and data quality processes for AEP data.

• Ensure that AEP solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other AEP developers and team members.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AEP and digitalmarketing.





• Strong collaboration and technical skills to drive client projects from the design concept stage toproviding innovative scientific solutions.

• Lead brainstorming sessions with teams to develop some path-breaking innovations.

• Become a go-to person for internal teams and client teams on strategic questions.

• Ensuring that Verti curl’s best practices – frameworks, tools, etc are well used as appropriateby internal teams and outputs included in client presentations.

• Work together with WPP partners, to create a few visible differences on brands.

Minimum qualifications and technical skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 4 years of experience in developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe ExperienceCloud technologies, including AEP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, andAdobe Experience Manager• Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data governance principles• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
