Job Overview
Responsible for ensuring that all fabricated and assembled products meet Unicare’s quality standards and international safety norms. Will lead inspection, testing, documentation, and vendor quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality systems in fabrication and assembly.
- Conduct stage-wise and final inspections as per drawings and QAPs.
- Handle calibration of measuring instruments and maintain inspection records.
- Prepare documentation required for welding such as WPS/PQR, NDT procedures etc.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Support audits, documentation, and certification processes.
- Support, improve and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001).
- ASNT Level 3 certified professional is preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Robust analytical and inspection skills, knowledge of welding/fabrication standards, and QA documentation.
- Preferred Industry: Dairy, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Telecom fabrication.
