Designation: Senior Engineer – NPI & Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end NPI execution for mechanical parts and assemblies.

• Hands on experience in Motor Assembly process and setup motor assembly manufacturing line.

- Lead DFM/DFA/DFMEA and risk mitigation activities.
- Define assembly sequences, tooling concepts, and inspection strategies.
- Drive prototype, FAI, pilot, and production readiness builds.
- Lead supplier-side development of mechanical parts.
- Review supplier process capability vs drawing requirements.
- Conduct supplier technical reviews and audits.
- Validate FAIR, dimensional reports,



and compliance documents.
- Own AS9100 documentation and audit readiness.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), 8D, and corrective actions.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Interface with customers during design and build reviews.

Mandatory Requirements:

- BE / BTech in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in mechanical & motor assembly

• Strong NPI or manufacturing engineering background.

- Solid GD&T; and tolerance analysis capability.
- Supplier development experience.
