About the Business Unit :

Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.

As part of GDSC, you’ll join a team that champions excellence in both technical and digital disciplines, supporting projects at every stage of the lifecycle—from concept to completion. We work to international design standards and regulations, ensuring our contributions meet the highest benchmarks of quality and innovation.

At GDSC, you’ll be empowered to collaborate across borders, grow your expertise, and make a meaningful impact on infrastructure and development projects that shape communities worldwide.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center, hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery,



to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions. .

Key Deliverables:

- Planning and design of all building services elements and infrastructure networks of the particular disciplines.
- Concept design based on evaluation for various options in coordination with architectural, structural input and in accordance with initial load estimates. Do design calculations and quantity estimation.
- Ensure all design work is carried out in accordance with Company’s quality standard procedures.

Candidate Specification:-

Professional Experience

- Should have 10+ years’ experience in Electrical building services design

Essential Skills & Software :
- Experience in high rise buildings/shopping malls/hotels/metro projects etc.
- Proficient in Electrical design software like AMTECH / ETAB, DIALUX, Earth Grid study etc.
- Well versed in reviewing and checking of drawings and calculations.
- Valuable knowledge of relevant international codes and regulations such as BS/BSEN/NFPA etc.

Qualifications:
- B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering discipline.
