Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Python Development Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Python Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable Python applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our organization and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement high-quality Python applications and systems.

2. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python and related frameworks.

4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

5. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of Python applications.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Python and related technologies.

7. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.

8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Senior Python Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of X years of hands-on Python development experience.

3. Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

4. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.

6. Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

8. Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing methodologies, and code documentation.

9. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to grasp quickly complex concepts and technologies.

10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
