Job Designation: Senior Developer – Architect Level

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 10+Years.

- 10+ years of experience architecting, designing and building solutions with Java & Open Systems technologies
- Expert knowledge of Struts, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery
- Expert in OO design
- Experience with Tomcat
- Expertise in Oracle & Sql Server
- Expert in XML, XSD
- Gaining an understanding of our Current State and Target State Architecture and then working with the team to define a strategy for our technical direction
- Gather and analyse requirements from product managers
- Define solution level architecture for project teams including guidance on development tools, target platforms, operations, and security
- Conduct proof of concept activities with key business users in support of advanced use cases
- Deep and wide background in open/distributed systems technology utilizing Java based solutions
- Be comfortable with driving technical ideas and communicating clearly with technical audience
- Introduce best practices and principles to enable consistent delivery and enable alignment with long term direction
- Lead and mentor other team members




- Foster development best practices within the team
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Facilitate communication with cross-functional groups
- Stay up to date on new tools & techniques in the open systems space
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Robust troubleshooting skills
- Experience with performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting

Good to Have

- Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss
- Experience with TypeScript
- Understanding of OOPs in JavaScript
- Understanding of SOA principles and Web Services technologies: REST & SOAP
- Working knowledge of NoSQL DBs
- Experience in creating automated unit testing using JUnit and practicing test driven development
- Experience with build environment using Ant and continuous integration tools
- Fluency with NetBeans
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
