Job Responsibilities
- Handle order raising, pricing (manually using Advanced Excel), and order processing efficiently
- Manage end-to-end order coordination including follow-ups with internal teams and clients
- Prepare and manage shipment building, documentation, and release processes
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate data and reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, etc.)
- Work on EMR software for order tracking and updates
- Handle export market clients and ensure smooth communication and servicing
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Jewellery Sales (Export Market preferred)
- Strong knowledge of order management, pricing, and coordination
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (data handling, reports, formulas)
- Hands-on experience with EMR software
- Good understanding of export documentation and shipment processes
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Moderate to good communication skills in English & Hindi
