We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Consultant (Operations & Monitoring) to support strategic project execution across government-led education initiatives. The role demands strong operational rigor, analytical capability, and stakeholder alignment to drive program performance and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
- Track KPIs and performance indicators to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS inputs, and maintain program dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Provide operational and analytical support to enhance program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government departments, and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined execution.
Key Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM or a relevant postgraduate degree.
- Minimum 8 years of qualified experience.
- Experience in at least two projects executed with Central or State Government agencies or departments.
