Job Summary – Consultant / Senior Consultant (6–10 Years Experience)

We are seeking experienced Competitive Intelligence (CI) professionals to join our growing Strategy & Insights team. The role is ideal for candidates with 6–10 years of experience and strong expertise in a specific therapy area—preferably Oncology/Hematology, Neurosciences, or Immunology.

In this role, you will deliver high-impact strategic insights by synthesizing clinical, scientific, and market data to support key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, providing actionable intelligence, competitive assessments, and forward-looking perspectives across the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance research efficiency, insight generation, and predictive analysis, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings strong domain expertise, along with experience in analytics, competitive intelligence, or consulting. Hands-on experience with industry-standard databases such as Citeline, AlphaSense, Cortellis, and Evaluate Pharma is highly preferred. A proactive mindset, structured problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, synthesize, and interpret clinical, scientific, and competitive intelligence from diverse sources

- Conduct market, pipeline, and landscape analyses to inform strategic decision-making

- Track competitor activities, clinical developments, and emerging trends across therapy areas





- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance research efficiency and insight generation

- Develop clear, insight-driven reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations

- Deliver actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders

- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate insights into business and portfolio strategies

- Manage and mentor junior team members; ensure quality, timeliness, and team development

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, M.Pharm., M.Tech., or equivalent) preferred

- 6–10 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or strategy within pharma/biotech/healthcare (consulting experience preferred)

- Strong domain expertise in a therapy area (Oncology/Hematology, Neurosciences, or Immunology preferred)

- Hands-on experience with industry databases such as Citeline, AlphaSense, Cortellis, and Evaluate Pharma

- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and data analytics platforms is a plus

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in team management or mentoring is preferred
