Location: Noida, U.P.

Experience Required: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development in areas such as RPO, FTE, Resource Augmentation, Contract Hiring, Staffing Solutions, and C2H.

- Develop and leverage an extensive network across India, with a preference for experience in the Middle East and South-East Asia markets.

- Engage with CHROs, Talent Acquisition SPOCs, and industry stakeholders to generate new business and enhance revenue.

- Focus on new client acquisition and expand horizontally and vertically within existing accounts.

Client Engagement Duties:

- Acquire new clients through effective market research and closing agreements.

- Manage and nurture accounts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and growth.

- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Explore and identify new avenues for business growth across various sectors including FMCG,



Automotive, Construction, FinTech, Technology/IT/ITES, BFSI/Investment Banking, Pharma, Retail, e-Commerce, Real Estate, Media, and Broadcasting.

- Work closely with the founders and senior management to meet quarterly, annual, and long-term revenue targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Conduct ground-level activities such as identifying new prospects, making cold pitches, and initiating client engagements.

Requirements

- Proactive and assertive with a strong client relationship management and account management aptitude.

- Persuasive and qualified in consultative sales approaches.

- Exceptional communication skills, including oral, verbal, and non-verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
