- Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions (B2B and B2C environment)
- Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud ( Hybris )technology or similar
- Experience in agile methodologies and quick paced environment
- Good knowledge in Atlassian based tools like Confluence and JIRA
- Excellent communication and mentoring skill
- Take the lead on gathering requirements and describing user stories for the B2B SAP Commerce solution
- Writing Epics and User Stories in detail an preparing acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of eCom Fíamewoíks like Magento, AEM, Hybíis, Shopify
- Take care of the end2end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem
- Working closely with developers and design teams to clarifying requirements
- Work closely with Product Owner Team,
Business and Design Team (UX) to understand business needs
- Handover elaborated requirements to the development teams and support them by providing clarifications
- Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve
