As Senior Brand

Manager, you will own brand strategy, consumer insights, new product development, campaign execution, and performance management across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities

•Drive brand vision, positioning and growth strategy.

- Identify market opportunities through consumer and competitor research.
- Lead Current Product Development (NPD) strategy and go-to-market planning.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, content, media and partnerships.
- Build strategic relationships with agencies, vendors and industry partners.
- Oversee PR activations, media planning and brand implementation.
- Track campaign ROI, KPIs and consumer sentiment.
- Monitor product distribution,



pricing, market applications and sales estimates.
- Create engaging customer-centric content that drives acquisition and retention.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of core brand management experience.

- Experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, FMCG, D2C or Consumer Products.
- Strong understanding of the complete marketing mix.
- Expertise in brand strategy, campaign management and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical, forecasting and market research capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B-School preferred.
