Key Responsibilities:

- Join India’s Fastest Growing NBFC
- Responsible for overall Branch operations ,Team Handling and profitability of the branch
- Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month
- Responsible for canvasing and marketing all products like Debentures, Insurance products, Tour products etc.
- Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
- Conducting different marketing activities
- Gold Appraisal, Interest Collection, Cash Management and accounting and Key handling

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Robust leadership and team management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

- Sales and target-driven mindset

- Knowledge of gold loan/business loan processes is an advantage

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification:

- Any Graduates

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in Banks / Gold Loan NBFCs / Financial Institutions

- Prior experience in branch operations or team handling preferred
