Responsibilities and Duties:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support for Verizon services in an international voice process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Meet quality and performance metrics on calls.




- Maintain qualified communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and performance.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in an international voice process.
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle dynamic work environments.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven.
